Still works correctly for me. Your coordinates are 9999 because you're not even beginning to connect with the server. If you've not restarted the client for a long while its possible you client session has ended and you are not being authed.

I dont understand what youre talking about. In the past hours since Ive experiencing this problem my client was restarted multiple times - always with the same result.
So would you explain to me whats going wrong and/or how to fix it?

Since other people have had no problem it has to be something on your end. It might be worth checking windows/third party firewall in case its rules were reset due to an update, that is if you use one. I guess it is possible the login server is rejecting you if your IP has been used for DDOS attacks and other attacks in the past. If you do not have a static IP it might be worth restarting your router to reset it. Or even just resetting your router just to make sure that is not at fault. Obviously if your downloading something then pause it.

Unfortunatly the problem persists.

Double-checked firewall and AV - no issues (and nothing on my system autoupdates on its own).
Even did a test without FW/AV - no difference
Tested a different client - no difference
The IP reputions are clean (dynamic IPs) - no issues listed
Router checked and restarted - no issues found
The route is fine - 10 hops, 30ms Avg.
Oh, and all other software with internet connections works flawless, so cant see where the sudden problem should be on my end?

Where else can the problem be?

I think we got a PEBKAC problem... I'm having no issues connecting.

If you use a modem, unplug both your router and modem, go do something for 5 - 10 min (give the capacitors time to discharge). Then plug them in and see if that helps.

You logged in last night because I have you in the logs. Are you still having this issue?

It would appear then that someone else is using your connection.

The server is lagging out on the server side. Perhaps a reset is due?
